Shipping policy

At Metanilo, we provide free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. If you have any questions regarding shipping or delivery, please contact us at support@metanilo.com.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally or deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Metanilo is a business based in the United States. We work with international fulfillment partners, logistics providers, and warehouse facilities to process and ship our products. As a result, your order may be dispatched from a location different from our registered business address.

By completing a purchase with Metanilo, you understand and acknowledge that your order may be processed and shipped from an international warehouse or fulfillment facility.

Processing & Handling Time

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, orders are typically prepared and processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM Central Time (CT) will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery & Transit Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 8–16 business days in transit, Monday through Friday.

When processing and transit times are combined, orders are generally expected to arrive within approximately 10–20 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, warehouse availability, carrier operations, peak shopping periods, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for every order. Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Taxes, Customs & Import Duties

Depending on the shipping origin and applicable laws and regulations, an order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees upon arrival.

Any such charges imposed by customs authorities, government agencies, carriers, or other applicable parties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout. Metanilo is not responsible for paying or reimbursing these charges.

Customers are responsible for determining and paying any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, or other import-related fees that may be required for delivery of their order.

Shipping Delays

We make every reasonable effort to have orders delivered within the estimated timeframes provided above. However, occasional delays may occur as a result of weather conditions, unusually high order volumes, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team so we can look into the issue and assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@metanilo.com and include your order number. For damaged deliveries, please also provide clear photographs showing the condition of the package and/or product where applicable.

Our team will review the situation and, once confirmed, arrange an appropriate replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as reasonably possible.
