  • Your physical or electronic signature

How We Handle Intellectual Property Claims

Metanilo takes legitimate intellectual property complaints seriously. After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may:

  • Contact relevant suppliers or other parties when additional information is required

Counter-Notices

If content associated with you has been removed or restricted as a result of a copyright complaint and you believe the action was taken because of a mistake or misidentification, you may contact us at support@metanilo.com regarding the submission of a counter-notice.

Any counter-notice relating to a DMCA claim should contain the information required under applicable law. We may provide a valid counter-notice to the party who submitted the original complaint and take further action in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
